Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to spearhead our corporate IT operations, infrastructure, and security management. This pivotal role demands a blend of operational excellence and a forward-thinking mindset to drive innovation through AI integration and process automation.

Responsibilities
Architect and maintain a resilient IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and hybrid networks.
Transform the end-user support model into a high-efficiency service engine through data-driven insights and automation.
Accelerate AI adoption within corporate functions to enhance productivity and operational agility.
Lead cross-functional projects, managing resources and priorities to deliver complex technical initiatives on time and within budget.
Fortify the organization’s security posture by managing endpoint protection, access governance, and proactive threat mitigation.
Cultivate technical talent by providing clear career pathways and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure/operations with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep proficiency in hybrid environment administration (Windows & macOS).
Technical Breadth: Proven track record in managing enterprise networks (Firewalls, VPNs) and cloud-native infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Security Mindset: Strong grasp of IT security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Modern Practices: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaborating within DevOps or Agile environments.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for global coordination.
