Job Summary
The Worldwide Channel Marketing Manager will execute integrated channel marketing and partner demand generation programs that support HP’s core go-to-market priorities—AI-driven computing, endpoint security, and modern collaboration.
Working closely with alliance partners, regional marketing leads, and the Channel Sales organization, you’ll develop and deploy co-marketing campaigns, enablement assets, and MDF-funded initiatives that strengthen partner engagement and expand HP’s market share. You will also play a key role in measuring ROI, ensuring programs deliver clear pipeline impact and profitability for both HP and its partners.
Responsibilities
Channel Campaign Activation
Execute global and regional channel marketing programs that align to HP’s strategic priorities and category goals.
Support the development of co-branded campaigns with key alliance and channel partners to drive awareness, preference, and sales.
Coordinate campaign enablement materials, content, and digital assets to ensure partners can activate seamlessly across platforms.
Partner Enablement & Engagement
Deliver partner enablement toolkits and sales-ready content that reinforce HP’s ecosystem messaging across PCs, services, and collaboration solutions.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent activation of global toolkits through local partner networks and distributors.
Support partner communications, newsletters, and community programs that increase participation and loyalty.
MDF Management & ROI Reporting
Collaborate with regional teams to optimize MDF and alliance funding, ensuring investments align to ROI goals and business outcomes.
Track program performance, pipeline contribution, and partner participation to evaluate impact and guide future funding decisions.
Provide quarterly reporting on campaign and MDF utilization metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Category, Alliances, and Sales Enablement teams to integrate AI PC and ISV messaging across the channel ecosystem.
Work with digital, events, and analytics teams to ensure consistent partner experiences and performance tracking.
Contribute to best-practice sharing and innovation within the Worldwide Channel Marketing community.

Education & Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in B2B channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation within the technology industry.
Proven success executing co-marketing programs and MDF-funded activities that drive measurable pipeline and ROI.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner business models, and IT decision-maker audiences.
Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with CRM, partner portals, and marketing automation platforms
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across regions, functions, and partner organizations.

The pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
