Your Role

  • Lead plant Supply Chain operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost‑effective execution
  • Own production planning, scheduling, and MRP strategy
  • Proactively manage capacity constraints, rescheduling, and short‑term execution risks
  • Ensure raw material availability and optimized inventory levels
  • Reduce slow‑moving, obsolete, and risk stock
  • Guarantee inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
  • Manage intercompany supply flows in line with regional allocation models
  • Drive on‑time delivery (OTD) and customer service performance
  • Lead order prioritization, backlog recovery, and critical deliveries
  • Act as key interface with Production, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Quality
  • Contribute to regional Supply Chain governance, lead time definition, and capacity visibility
  • Support and deploy SAP and process standardization initiatives
  • Lead and develop the local Supply Chain team
  • Promote discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement (Lean mindset)

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain / Planning leadership within an industrial environment
  • Strong expertise in MRP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
  • Experience in multi‑plant and intercompany supply chains
  • Track record in delivery performance and operational execution
  • Ability to operate in complex, cross‑functional and regional organizations
  • People leadership experience with focus on ownership and performance
  • Solid exposure to SAP and structured process improvement programs
  • Hands‑on, results‑driven, customer‑centric mindset, aligned with Prysmian values
