Reports to: Workplace Manager
Role Purpose
As the face of our workplace, you'll create exceptional experiences for internal teams and external visitors through outstanding front-of-house and events services. You'll maintain the highest standards across reception areas, meeting spaces, and event delivery while ensuring security protocols and emergency procedures are always followed.
Key Responsabilités
Customer Experience
Own every visitor interaction, creating positive and memorable experiences from arrival to departure
Serve as primary contact for visitor management including sign-in, badging, directions, and inquiries
Handle telephone, email, and in-person queries with professionalism and efficiency
Events & Meetings
Coordinate onsite events to deliver personalized, seamless experiences
Set up and monitor meeting spaces, ensuring optimal presentation, functionality, and comfort
Maintain meticulous standards for furniture, equipment, signage, temperature control, and consumables
Facilities Support
Collaborate daily with IT, security, janitorial, and catering teams to ensure smooth operations
Provide local area guidance on dining, accommodation, and transport options
Support additional services including mail handling, courier coordination, and site inspections as needed
Work flexibly across various locations and adapt to changing team priorities
Requirements
Experience & Skills
2-4 years in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (corporate environment preferred)
Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence engaging all organizational levels
Outstanding attention to detail and quality standards
Strong computer literacy and experience managing multiple systems
Fluency in English and Arabic
Facilities management exposure beneficial
