What this job involves,

  • 访客接待,电话接听
  • 管理及支援收发室工作,会议室管理等工作
  • 负责行政类服务供应商管理及行政后勤保障工作,包括但不限于清洁,绿化,虫害等
  • 办公用品的预算及采购管理工作,包括但不限于文具,饮用水,茶水间用品等
  • 供应商付款管理
  • 办公室固定资产管理
  • 负责工程服务维修工单的管理
  • 跟进上级交待的工作
  • 月度报告的整理

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • 大专以上学历,主修行政管理,物业管理或其他相关专业
  • 良好的沟通协调能力,良好的客户服务意识
  • 工作积极主动,具有团队精神,独立开展工作,能承受工作压力
  • 熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用

Preferred

  • CET-4相当英语能力,包括听,说,读,写
