THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Working Student to join our Marketing team in Munich. In this role, you'll be part of the marketing operation team responsible for keeping our marketing data clean, our systems running smoothly, and our processes well-organized. You'll work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on a daily basis.
This is a practical role — you'll be doing real work that has a direct effect on how our marketing and sales teams operate. If you enjoy working with data, learning new tools, and making things run more efficiently, this could be a great fit.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Process incoming leads from HubSpot forms — deduplicating, validating, enriching, and routing them to the right accounts
- Maintain and clean contact and company data in HubSpot, including importing and structuring events and trade show lead lists, using tools like Clay.
- Support the build and upkeep of landing pages and website content in HubSpot CMS, including QA across devices and browsers
- Assist with building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations, and audience segments
- Support lead routing and lifecycle management based on defined rules
- Help maintain integrations between HubSpot and other tools in our stack
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
Must-haves:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail — data and web content require consistency and precision
- Comfortable working in HubSpot and other CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or go-to-market concepts
- Structured and process-oriented way of working
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Clay, Breeze AI, or ZoomInfo
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Confluence
