As a working student (m/f/d/x) in Car Sales, you will be a crucial support in the planning, organization, and follow-up of our workshops, domain-specific days, and internal events – from agenda creation to action tracking, you ensure a smooth process.
With your flair for visualization, you will create and maintain presentations that optimally prepare our project updates and status reports.
You will actively support us throughout the entire Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process by compiling content for Quarter Planning, check-ins, reviews & retros, maintaining boards/overviews, and managing appointments.
For efficient regular communication, you will prepare agendas, document results, and ensure that all measures are consistently followed up.
In the day-to-day business of the Marketing Domain, you will actively lend a hand, coordinate tasks, maintain Teams/SharePoint content, assist with alignments, and provide important foundations for our decisions through light analyses.
Your area of responsibility will be rounded off by administrative tasks such as document maintenance and the organization of important to-dos.
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d/x) of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Media, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study, and are eager to work regularly at least 15 hours per week in our office in Ulm.
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in agile development, MarTech, project management, assistant, or PMO activities, and would like to deepen this with us.
With your proficient handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as your structured, reliable, and independent way of working, you will optimally contribute to our team.
Your very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as your enjoyment of communication and cross-team collaboration, distinguish you.
You are enthusiastic about marketing processes, digital communication, and car sales, and want to actively shape and learn.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
