Assist with ongoing projects and operational tasks under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and support data analysis or documentation as required by the department.
Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process improvements or project deliverables.
Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions.
Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines).
Maintain accurate records of working student activities for internal reporting and academic validation.
Prepare presentations or summaries of work outcomes for stakeholders or academic requirements.
Enrollment in an accredited university or college program; ability to work part-time alongside studies.
Strong motivation to gain practical experience and contribute to organizational projects.
Basic knowledge relevant to the field of study (e.g., technical, scientific, or business disciplines).
Digital literacy (MS Office; readiness to learn FPM-specific systems and tools).
Communication and teamwork skills; reliability and professional conduct.
Language: local worksite language; English beneficial in FPM’s global environment.
Ability to work on a fixed-term basis; compliance with local regulations for working students.
