Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading projects and developing models that drive labor strategies and deliver insights to support HP's global workforce needs, contributing to effective workforce evolution and agility.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead strategic workforce planning projects and processes, working with leadership across the organizations (business, HR, finance, etc.)
Strategic Internal Consulting: Evaluate workforce plans, internal/external trends, identify labor gaps, and propose solutions to HR and business management
Model Development: Build, maintain, and refine forecasting and scenario models to evaluate internal workforce metrics and external labor market/location factors
Dashboard & Visualization Development: Design and build dashboards in PowerBI, support ad-hoc strategic reporting, and construct presentations for executive leadership
Automation: Drive automation and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes and reporting
Data Integrity: Collaborate with leadership across the company to ensure workforce-related data integrity

Education & Experience Recommended
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PHD degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 6-10+ years’ of experience in workforce planning & management, people analytics, strategic consulting, project management, and/or a related field

Qualifications
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint (executive presentations), Excel (pivots, advanced formulas), Power BI development, SQL and/or Python (programming language)

• Familiarity with external labor market intelligence tools (e.g. Talent Neuron) and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets, MS Project) is a plus
• Strong knowledge and skills in project management and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $170,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
