Job Description

Summary

As the Workforce Insights Program Manager, you will lead a critical function supporting the strategic evolution of our global professional and engineering services workforce. You will architect the data framework and skills taxonomy that serves as the foundation for our talent supply chain, ensuring we can precisely match engineering and consulting talent to complex service engagements. You will balance strategic vision with high-value execution, transforming workforce data into value generating tools and insights that drive workforce optimization.

Your Responsibilities - what you will do

Workforce Data Architecture Strategy

  • Manage a skills taxonomy that enables us to catalog the skills necessary to deliver our service offerings
  • Maintain a role-based segmentation framework to identify the nature of work performed by Lifecycle Services personnel and their association to standardized service and solution offerings

Operational Use-Cases and Analytics

  • Partner across departments (business operations, resource management, HR) to ensure the skills data ecosystem and role-based segmentation are integrated into tools and business processes that create value for the business
  • Lead the Workforce Analytics roadmap, transforming raw talent data into strategic insights that allow business and delivery leaders to make faster and smarter decisions about their teams
  • Facilitate the "Value Exchange" for employees, ensuring that updating skills profiles leads to tangible benefits

Accelerate Organizational Skill Building

  • Partner with learning & development teams to integrate our skills management and training strategies
  • Oversee the interconnection between our learning management, resource management, and skills management systems to ensure that we draw the connection between the skills we teach, the skills we use, and the skills we measure

Governance and Data Quality

  • Oversee a governance process to ensure that our skills taxonomy and role-based segmentation framework stays fresh and meets evolving needs of the business
  • Ensure ongoing integrity of our workforce information, implementing quality measurement mechanisms and driving accountability for data maintenance

The Essential - you will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in skills management, workforce strategy, talent analytics, resource management, Lifecycle Services operations, or service delivery management functions
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management or business process management
  • Experience in the successful deployment, change management, and governance of complex business processes
  • Expertise in data platforms, analytics tools, and workforce planning processes.
  • Experience implementing data security and privacy protection measures based on established policies
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in facilitation, communication, and internal partner management across departments and global regions

The preferred - you might also have:

  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Experience administering skills and learning management tools like Workday, SAP, Cornerstone or other equivalents
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, digital transformation, or manufacturing operations industries and conversant in the associated skills
  • Familiarity with professional service organization success metrics, and the workforce factors that impact them
