Job Description

As a Workforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in defining the global workforce strategy within the EMEA and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. You will support the Workforce Transformation Leader in defining the vision for how we engage with Lifecycle Services (LCS) business leaders, while taking direct ownership of regional engagement and implementation.

You will be a "doer-thinker," taking workforce initiatives from initial brainstorming and strategy through to implementable, value-generating solutions. You will ensure that our global frameworks for role definitions, critical skills, and career pathing are adopted and impactful across your assigned regions. You will report to the Workforce Transformation Leader.

Your responsibilities - what you will do

Regional Strategic Partnership

  • Operationalize the global workforce consultancy strategy within EMEA and AP, ensuring workforce capabilities are aligned with regional priorities.
  • Partner with the Workforce Transformation Leader to refine the consultancy's operating rhythm and standardized offerings based on regional feedback and needs.
  • Be the liaison between regional delivery organizations and Learning & Development teams to ensure development resources are prioritized and accessible.

Role & Skills Implementation

  • Implement global frameworks for role definitions and skill requirements across EMEA and AP to provide a unified standard of excellence.
  • Help deploy tools and processes that connect role architecture to career pathing, workforce planning, and staffing decisions.

End-to-End Initiative Management

  • Lead regional workforce transformation workstreams, managing the full lifecycle from identifying a business challenge to delivering a completed solution.
  • Develop and localize resources that help managers and employees understand critical role expectations and development pathways.
  • Champion the adoption of new workforce strategies and change management efforts within the EMEA and AP regions.

Consultancy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead regular workforce consultancy engagements with EMEA and AP leaders, being a trusted advisor on talent, capacity, and leveling issues.
  • Identify regional specificities that may require adjustments to global plans, while maintaining the global strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with regional leaders to ensure workforce initiatives create measurable value.

The Essentials - you will have:

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in consulting, workforce planning, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and facilitating workshops.
  • Proven ability to engage with leadership (RVP/Director level) with a consultative mindset and lead complex, ambiguous initiatives.
  • Experience with successful global partnership with the willingness to flex working hours for communication across regions
  • Transition between strategic planning and urgent "top-down" priorities. We are looking for a "doer-thinker" who can conceptualize innovative workforce solutions and lead them through the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with competency modeling, role-architecture, skills frameworks, and workforce planning.
  • Experience leading workshops and collaborative sessions to pursue a defined business objective.
  • Experience applying change management methodologies

The preferred- you might also have:

  • Conversant with the skills and job responsibilities associated with industrial automation, digital transformation, and professional services.
  • Experience in professional services or complex, matrixed organizations.
