This role is located in one of our Convatec Business Services centers in Kuala Lumpur / Lisbon,/ Bogota and has been established to provide Workforce Administration and Payroll Services to the Convatec enterprise through a global team of delivery experts.
Responsibilities:
Gatekeeper for the distribution of MyServices tickets and assist with employee data entry and maintenance in HR systems (e.g., Workday).
Acting as the initial point of contact for assisting colleagues in addressing issues about workforce administration, time, and pay, and responding to day-to-day HR-related inquiries and referring them to specialists in each team as needed.
Support workforce administration activities such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, job changes (promotions, personal data changes, etc.), time management, and payroll processes such as pay queries, time input and approval, time off, and absence requests.
Support HR colleagues in the drive for continuous improvement for the Workforce Administration and Payroll processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of solutions as needed.
Participate in and support HR-related projects, systems, and technologies. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to key stakeholders.
Adhere to the quality framework criteria for quality process and SLA, guaranteeing that all work is delivered with attention to detail.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or the Team Leader.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Ensure data quality - keeping Work Instructions updated in liaison with Workforce Administration Analysts.
Respond to Payroll HR-related queries by providing timely and effective resolutions via ServiceNow.

Qualifications and skills:
Experience in an international or shared services environment in a customer-facing role, preferably in HR, with experience in supporting payroll and time management, is a particular advantage (1 year minimum experience);
University degree (preferably in HR);
Fluency in both English and Portuguese languages;
Any additional language skill is an advantage (Europe, Asia, Latam);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
Flexibility and capability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Previous experience using HR systems and customer service tools (Workday, Service Now, SAP, MS 365, MS Teams) is preferred.
