Workday Reporting Analyst

The opportunity
Drive data-informed decisions by designing and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent.

Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, improving data quality, report performance, and self-service analytics

What you'll be doing

  • Design, build, and deploy Workday standard/advanced/matrix reports, dashboards, and schedules.
  • Create and maintain calculated fields, data sources, and custom objects for complex requirements.
  • Manage report security (domains, roles, access) and ensure data quality, compliance, and documentation.
  • Partner with HR & other partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Optimize performance, rationalize redundant reports, and support audits, integrations, and KPIs.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on Workday reporting experience with Report Writer, advanced/matrix reports, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM data model, business processes, and report security concepts.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; excellent requirements gathering and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and implement data governance practices.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong prioritization and delivery discipline.

You might also have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll, Recruit, LMS)
  • Knowledge of HR compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, pay equity), audit standards, and Agile/change managemen
