About the Role
As a Workday People Systems Lead, you will own and support the Workday platform, leading configuration and implementation across key modules such as Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management. You’ll ensure the system supports business needs, streamlines HR processes, and delivers reliable data to support decision-making.
