The Workday HR Ops Support Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting within Workday HCM/Finance. This role ensures smooth HR processes by managing employee data, maintaining system accuracy, resolving issues, and supporting HR transactions across modules like Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Compensation. The analyst partners closely with HR teams and stakeholders to address user queries, process requests, generate reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies. They also contribute to process improvements, testing, and system enhancements to optimize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and timeliness.
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for HR queries and issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related errors.
Generate and maintain standard and ad-hoc Workday reports.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on escalations and enhancements.
Support testing for system updates and new functionality.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
