Within this portfolio, the Office of Learning, Teaching and Technology plays a central role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning experiences across the University.
Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is a key part of this commitment, providing students with meaningful, real-world experiences that build confidence, capability and career readiness. The WIL team works closely with Schools and industry partners to coordinate and support placements across a range of disciplines.
Your New Role!
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to join us as Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement Manager.
In this role, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of WIL across the University, ensuring students have access to high-quality, coordinated placement experiences that support their learning and future careers.
Initially focusing on strengthening team capability, you will provide visible and supportive leadership, establish clear and consistent ways of working, and build a strong foundation for service delivery.
Over time, you will contribute to the ongoing development and positioning of WIL at Murdoch, working with academic and industry partners to enhance opportunities for students and strengthen the University’s approach to work integrated learning.

What We Offer You!
Continuous Full Time (37.5 hours per week) position attracting the following remuneration: $131,854.00 - $137,976.00 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
