Job Summary:
Teledyne Technologies provides skilled trades services to major corporations in North America. We specialize in research and development, manufacturing operations, plant shutdowns and building maintenance.
Our skilled trades include Tool and Die Makers, Instrumentation, Multi-Craft, Machinists, Pipefitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work Coordinators, EH&S, Welders, Pipe Insulators, Carpenters, Preventative Maintenance Technicians, Planners, Glass Blowers and others.
Position
Detailed Description:
Work Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Duties include a specific focus on processing work request in Tririga and other avenues of delivery, creating and closing work orders within SAP, sending out communications. Tracking and monitoring work requests while maintaining and overseeing backlogs. Ensure the working space is properly maintained to have optimal performance.
Use and reconciliation of purchasing card to procure materials and supplies
Good communications skills and documentation of conversations with customers
Prepare estimates and reports to be sent to customers
Monitor spending and maintaining open communication with customers regarding job status
Provide customer feedback on project updates
Work with clients on work process issues
Work with customers on SAP work orders, POs, and capital spending
Help manage documents in share point between sites
Working knowledge of SAP, Tririga, GMISS, and PM process
Need strong organizational and communication skills
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Send updates to team members on spending
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management or another related field
Prior experience in maintenance and or scheduling
Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong regard for safety standards
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and diligent
Excellent customer service
Strong attention to detail
Valid Driver’s License
