We zijn op zoek naar een Work Activity Coördinator Outside om  het onderhoudsteam voor de Aromaten & Butadieen fabrieken in Terneuzen, Nederland te komen versterken.

Als Work Activity Coördinator Outside zorg je ervoor dat de activiteiten op een veilige, effectieve en efficiënte manier worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast bewaak je de productiviteit van het team dat de taken uitvoert. Om deze rol goed uit te kunnen voeren, pas jij je brede technische vaardigheden op zowel analytisch als operationeel vlak toe om de verschillende activiteiten uit te voeren. Je deelt je kennis en ondersteunt collega’s met minder ervaring.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Voert je rol uit in het dagelijkse onderhoudswerk binnen de Aromaten & Butadieen fabrieken en tankoverhaulprojecten in het tankenpark
• Controleert werkpakketten en treft voorbereidingen om de taak uit te kunnen laten voeren
• Helpt bij de toewijzing van middelen en werknemers
• Initieert de werkvergunningsprocedure
• Je grijpt in  en stuurt bij als aktiviteiten niet op de meest veilige, effectieve en efficiente manier worden uitgevoerd
• Rapporteert de voortgang van dagelijkse werkzaamheden om zo nodig aanpassingen in het werkschema mogelijk te maken. Evalueert de werkstatus met serviceproviders en opdrachtgevers en indien nodig pas je de planning aan
• Je werkt samen met diverse partijen om te zorgen dat cleaningsaktiviteiten van tankprojecten op de meest effectieve en efficiente manier plaatsvinden
• Bevestigt dat alle geplande takenreeksen, werk en papierwerk voor de taak zijn voltooid, waarna je de werkorder afsluit
• Doet commisioning en levert de apparatuur terug op aan Operations
• Je voert observaties uit om EH&S  en housekeeping op een hoog niveau te houden
• Vervult de rol van aanspreekpunt voor het gebruik van de ploegendienst voor onderhoudsactiviteiten
• Fungeert als zelfstandig aanspreekpunt in de verscheidene jaarlijkse onderhoudstops op je area 
• Coacht vakmensen wanneer voltooide procedures/checklist/reparatieformulieren niet correct ingevuld zijn
• Voert veldaudits uit om ervoor te zorgen dat procedures ingezet worden zoals vastgelegd in de Maintenance Procedure Use Policy
• Je support het team met overwerk en weekend werk indien noodzakelijk
• Je bent kostbewust en meld materiaal en materiaal tijdig af

Kwalificaties

• Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een MBO-4 diploma in een technische richting
• Bij voorkeur heb je 5+ jaar relevante ervaring in een onderhoudsomgeving
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt kennis van de Engelse taal
• Ervaring in Aromaten & Butadieen fabrieken is een plus
• Ervaring in onderhoudstops en met cleaningstechnieken is een plus

Jouw vaardigheden

• Technisch: Ervaring met SAP voor werkorders en materiaalbeheer
• Organisatie: Vaardig in het coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en het bewaken van planningen tijdens stops
• Communicatie: Sterk in het afstemmen met interne teams en externe serviceproviders om werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt uit te voeren
• Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je kunt snel ingrijpen en bijsturen wanneer activiteiten niet volgens plan verlopen
• Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Je hebt diepgaande kennis van EH&S-procedures en kunt deze actief handhaven in het veld
• Coaching: Je kunt vakmensen begeleiden en coachen bij het correct uitvoeren van procedures en het invullen van documentatie
