Job Description:

Job Title: WiFi FEM Product Manager 

Department: WSD Marketing

Job Description / Essential Duties

Highly motivated WiFi Front End Module expert leading WSDs FiFEM business including:

●      Deep and broad customer and partner intimacy, working at all levels

●      Securing maximum WSD market share in the FEM space at sustainable margins

●      Defining and driving WSDs FEM and FiFEM product roadmap

●      Driving clean execution and product insertion

●      Portfolio management including driving product phase reviews

●      WW WiFi pricing management

●      Close working relationship with WSD R&D, NPI, Quality, Applications & Operations

●      Close working relationship with Sales, WBC R&D, Marketing and FAE team

Qualifications / Required Skills

>12 years experience in the WiFi FEM business 
Ability to own and drive a business segment, including ROI analysis
Proven track record of high design win conversion
Excellent presentation, communication and persuasion skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams

Required Qualifications

●      EE Degree, ideally to Master level w/ 10+ years experience

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $137,000 - $220,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
