Protiviti is seeking a Digital Experience Platforms Director, responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions across martech, experience platforms, and digital customer strategy. This role focuses on driving transformational programs, building client relationships, and enabling seamless delivery of innovative solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.
This position emphasizes collaboration and leadership in developing strategies that enable clients to become digital-first organizations, activate agile operating models, and craft brand experiences that engage customers, drive demand, and foster loyalty. The role is based in the West Region.
Digital Experience Platforms Directors are focused on developing and delivering strategic solutions across customer experience, digital marketing, commerce, and data-driven decision-making. Your role will require you to:
It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$199,000.00 - $339,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
20%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$238,800.00 - $406,800.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
