Werkstudent (m/w/d) IT / Operations and Projects

Ihre Aufgaben:

Operative Unterstützung

• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft bei Incidents und Service Requests

• Erfassung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Tickets

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen

• Funktion als Eskalationspunkt zur Weiterleitung und Koordination von Themen an zuständige Fachstellen

• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Prozessen und SLAs

Projektunterstützung

• Führung und Pflege von Action Logs (Maßnahmenlisten)

• Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings, Statusberichten und Präsentationen

• Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten und Beschlüssen

Ihr Profil:

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang

• Grundverständnis von IT-Services, IT-Operations oder ITIL-Grundlagen von Vorteil

• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
