The Campus Experience team is responsible for delivering inclusive, engaging, and supportive environments that promote colleague well‑being and connection. The Wellness & Experience function plays a key role in advancing TD’s well‑being strategy through on‑site programming, services, and activations that support physical, mental, and social wellness.
Job Description
The Wellness & Experience Coordinator is an onsite individual contributor role responsible for the design, delivery, and day-to-day coordination of TD Terrace Retreat campus wellness programming and services.
Operating independently within established standards, budgets, and governance, the role applies professional judgment to manage programming, vendors, facilities readiness, and colleague engagement, while collaborating closely with campus partners and service teams.
Key Accountabilities
Wellness Program Delivery & Instruction
Deliver professional, inclusive wellness instruction across a range of modalities, including Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and movement-based practices
Design and sequence classes to accommodate varying experience levels, ensuring safe, engaging, and accessible programming
Lead and coordinate a diverse schedule of wellness offerings, including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, strength and conditioning, sound bath, and other complementary practices
Provide private or team-based wellness sessions for Lines of Business, as requested
Wellness Services & Program Management
Lead the ongoing management of on‑site wellness services, including the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program
Coordinate scheduling, consultation room usage, and communications related to wellness services
Manage wellness bookings across digital platforms (e.g. TD Central, shared inboxes), ensuring accurate scheduling and timely responses
Maintain forward-looking schedules for classes, activations, and private bookings
Operations & Facility Readiness
Oversee daily readiness of the Retreat and associated spaces, ensuring studios and consultation rooms are prepared to standard
Coordinate studio setup, audio‑visual readiness, equipment availability, and overall presentation of wellness spaces
Conduct regular visual inspections of wellness areas, identifying issues and coordinating resolution through Facilities or approved service channels
Submit facilities service requests and track follow-up through established systems (e.g., BGIS Assist)
Coordinate equipment inventory, condition checks, and approved replacement of items as needed
Manage operational supplies, including PPE and wellness materials, in alignment with approved budgets
Insights
Serve as a point of contact for wellness related‑ inquiries, ensuring timely, professional responses
Promote awareness of wellness programming and services to drive participation and engagement
Track participation and attendance metrics and consolidate insights on booking trends and usage
Share observations and insights with campus leadership to support continuous improvement
Vendor, Partner & Budget Coordination
Source, coordinate, and manage external wellness facilitators and service providers, including scheduling, onboarding, and performance feedback
Manage the Retreat budget, including instructor fees, activations, supplies, and services
Ensure expenses are tracked and managed within approved funding and governance requirements
Collaborate with campus partners including the Experience Coordinator, Campus Experience Manager, Workplace Ambassadors, and Facilities teams to support an integrated campus experience
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Relevant certification and experience in wellness instruction, movement-based practices, or holistic health disciplines
Experience designing and delivering wellness or engagement programs in a corporate or community setting preferred
Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, and operational logistics in a service-oriented environment
Skills & Competencies
Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within defined processes
Strong organizational and planning skills
Comfort working with booking systems, calendars, digital communications, and basic reporting
Sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately
