Active and existing security clearance required after day 1The Merrimack Site Leader is responsible for all aspects of the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for the Collins, Avionics, Connected Aviation, ATS business at the Merrimack Material Center (MMC) as well as site responsibilities for the Raytheon tenant. In this role you will directly and indirectly lead a team ~30 employees responsible for warehousing, planning, light assembling, testing, and shipping of product to US and Global customers.
What You Will Do:
Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly
Manages and ensures all quality related items for the unit are complete and documented so that established quality standards are met
Leads site Goal Alignment and Macro Plan activities driving CORE processes throughout the organization.
Operations IPT leader for ATS programs responsible for respective budget, schedule and execution of the site objective.
Leads cost reduction efforts and process improvements for the unit to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
Leads scheduling for the unit to ensure that Operations run according to established production schedules and assure best in class inventory accuracy.
Leads the sequencing of work, such as picking, building and delivery, for the unit to ensure smooth Operations and Optimal use of resources.
Heads materials and logistics problem resolution for the unit to ensure availability of materials and smooth Operations.
Establishes performance Objectives and leads cell performance and productivity.
Leads production innovation for the unit to enhance production ad logistics capabilities.
Partners with Customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards or services.
Support business travel up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Experience overseeing manufacturing or warehouse operations in a supervisory or management capacity
Experience leading and managing teams, including responsibility for direct reports
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor's degree (or advanced) in engineering, manufacturing operations, program/project management, quality or similar discipline
Experience applying CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) or Lean Manufacturing principles in a manufacturing environment
Experience analyzing strategic and business requirements to inform solution development
Experience using MRP and/or SAP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple levels of management
Experience working in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
