The Wellbeing Program Manager leads the planning and execution of Arkansas Children’s wellbeing strategy in support of the Healthy Happens Here initiative. This role manages wellbeing programs, events, communications, and engagement efforts that promote the physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being of team members, while partnering with leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are coordinated, measurable, and effectively delivered across the organization.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Description

1. Execute the Healthy Happens Here wellbeing roadmap, managing annual goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.

2. Plan, implement, and manage wellbeing programs spanning physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing, ensuring consistency and quality across locations and shifts.

3. Manage project plans, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for all wellbeing initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution.

4. Partner with vendors to support program launches, ongoing administration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of wellbeing offerings.

5. Coordinate wellbeing-related communications and engagement campaigns in collaboration with Internal Communications, including educational materials, campaigns, and toolkits.

6. Plan and manage wellbeing events such as health fairs, webinars, challenges, vendor on-sites, and benefit education activities.

7. Coordinate with Employee Health to support onsite screenings, immunization campaigns, and other clinical wellness activities aligned with the wellbeing strategy.

8. Track participation, utilization, and outcome metrics for wellbeing programs; maintain dashboards and prepare reports to support leadership updates and decision-making.

9. Benchmark programs, identify emerging wellbeing trends, and recommend enhancements to improve participation, effectiveness, and overall impact.

10. Perform all other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the position.
