  • Prepare and maintain detailed, well-supported accounting policy memos documenting the company’s positions and conclusions on complex matters.
  • Proactively monitor emerging US GAAP and SEC developments, assessing their impact on Roblox's financial statements and disclosures, and leading implementation plans for new standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and training to other cross-functional teams.
Controls & Operational Compliance
  • Ensure the company maintains robust internal controls (SOX) specifically over the external financial reporting and disclosure process.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Investor Relations, and FP&A to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all public financial communications.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a minimum of 4 years directly managing SEC reporting at a publicly traded company.
