Role Overview

As a Specialist, Website Onboarding, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our service professionals (our Pros) to our Website offerings. You bring great communication, attention to detail, technical expertise, an analytical mind, and a customer-centric approach to help better our team and improve the lives of our service professionals.

The Website Onboarding team is dedicated to making website onboarding seamless in order to champion our Pros.

What you do Each Day:

  • Create templated customer websites with pictures and text by using set templates and design guidelines to deliver web pages that fit their brand
  • Troubleshoot issues that come up during the website build process including sizing, padding, and widgets
  • Communicate updates to customers via email and other tools
  • Maintain website build performance goals in current role

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer success, implementation, account management, sales, website designing or relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data formatting (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with pro
  • Proven track record of being a high performer and consistently meeting or exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using communication and collaboration tools (i.e. Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $12,600-$14,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This is a full time contract role.
