What We Do
The Wealth Transition Planner Bilingual plays a key role in supporting financial advisors and their teams through onboarding and transition processes. This position ensures a seamless experience by coordinating activities, managing timelines and checklists, and providing bilingual support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional service.
Working closely with the Manager, Wealth Management Transitions, the Wealth Transition Planner Bilingual helps manage advisor relationships, track objectives, and support all aspects of the transition, including client communications, documentation, and training. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external parties to ensure the transition is executively smoothly. Candidates must be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) and have 3–5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Transition Planning and Execution
Deliver planning and contribute to the execution of new advisor transitions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Coordinate transition meetings with new advisors to prepare them for onboarding and set expectations.
Develop and manage detailed transition plans, timelines and checklists and communicate progress to team members.
Help track progress of transition projects; identifying risks and proactively managing them to resolution.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and the overall transition process.
Advisor Support and Onboarding
Address advisor and key stakeholder questions and coordinate with team members to resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption.
Coordinate the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and integration of new clients.
Provide on-site support during transitions to assist with client communications, documentation preparation, and training.
Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth onboarding processes by monitoring feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
Process Improvement and Client Satisfaction
Contribute to driving process and operational improvements within the transition program, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, implementing adjustments to improve client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to streamline transition workflows and enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of transition activities and milestones.
Leadership
Provide training and mentorship to wealth support team members and new advisor teams
Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and technology solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Completion of a University degree or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in the wealth industry, preferably in a client facing or operations role
Experience in strategy and transition planning
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required
Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile, Conquest, Microsoft Office 365/CRM is advantageous

For this role, your total rewards include:
Base Salary: A competitive annual range of $80,000 - $100,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
