Job Description:

Summary:

The Alumni Relations Dean’s Fellow will assist in the planning and coordination of Sylvania Woods Black Alumni Homecoming. This position will staff the Black Alumni Homecoming event on April 11th, 2026.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare invitations, marketing tools such as emails and social media posts.

  • Prepare event materials such as programs and alumni swag.

  • Assist in outreach to alumni, faculty, and students.

  • Build email messages and registration pages using digital templates.

  • Assist with the creation of thank you messages for alumni.

  • Coordinate student/alumni activities.

  • Help monitor the registration process and track RSVPs.

  • Proficient in Canva or other digital graphic marketing tools.

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of alumni materials.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Part-time.

  • 10 hours per week.

  • Hybrid modality.

Salary Range:

  • $17.95 per hour.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Current 2L, 3L, or 4L student at the Washington College of Law.
