Warranty Technician (Bushings)
The Opportunity
Join the Warranty Team supporting OIP & OPD bushing warranty and refurbishment operations. Work within a skilled technical group to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient repair and refurbishment of products. Grow technical capabilities and contribute to daily workflow success.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Perform warranty and refurbishment tasks.
- Complete assigned repair work following established procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to leads or engineering.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and other cross‑functional groups.
- Ensure repairs meet all specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain 5S and cleanliness in warranty work areas.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support team goals for safety, quality, delivery, and performance.
Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with OIP & OPD bushing assembly and operation.
- Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
- SAP or similar ERP system experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. safely.
