Warranty Engineer (M/F/D)

Skawina’s engine cooling plant is the largest and oldest Valeo site in Poland. The plant designs and manufactures the latest generation of innovative heat exchangers, i.e., engine coolers, oil coolers, air turbocharger coolers, air-conditioning and complete engine cooling systems (cooling modules), which in addition to their basic functions allow to reduce fuel consumption and emissions of harmful substances including carbon dioxide.

Currently for our entity Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina we recruit Warranty Engineer

Your challenges:

• Ensure that all quality problems identified by the Customer are subject of corrective actions with QRQC attitude
• Supervising and records all customer problems, prepare first and second levels of analysis, organize crisis meetings, manage communication with customer by respecting QRQC approach
• Visit customer plants and warranty centers for data collection, analysis preparation, warranty problem solving
• Organize and participate with APU in warranty/customer line returns analysis
• Warranty data base management and warranty QRQC
• Data crunching and reliability analysis ( Weibull) for high risk issue in the fields
• Animate preventive plans for customer to assure elimination of customer line returns or warranty returns
• Preparation and participation in customer audits
• Preparation of procedures, control instructions and quality reports

Join our team if you have:

• Engineering degree
• Min 2 year of experience on a similar position in Quality Department
• Experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, FTA, QRQC)
• Analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from large data sets
• Fluent English; other foreign language will be an advantage
• Team work spirit, precision, multitasking ability, result orientation
