Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented, detail-oriented and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role,you'll get to manage and coordinate the preparation of proposals for IT projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions and services, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support the end-to-end proposal development process and coordinating all proposal activities.
Ensure that all RFP requirements are addressed
Collaborate with technical teams, Business Unit (BU) Proposal Team and EMEA, subject matter experts, and business development staff to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposal content.
Ensure that all proposals are compliant with client requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
Develop a bottom-up IT cost estimate and IT qualifications, and technical write-ups.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, tools, and best practices to streamline the proposal development process.
Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings, including color team reviews, to ensure high-quality submissions.
Responsible for the delivery and management of multiple medium-sized IT projects related to Facilities and Technology rollouts.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop business requirements and user stories
Develops the project approval documentation, integrated project plan, BCE and related project management artifacts
Works with project team to develop estimates, schedules and work plans to ensure timely completion of a project or working group within a project
Assigns responsibilities and coordinates the activities of the team, including vendors
and contractors
Prepare financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
Directs the formation, execution and closeout of the assigned project so it meets project specifications and requirements and is delivered within budget and schedule
Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company
Continually update relevant business stakeholder of project status and periodically publish project status reports
Represents the project in inter-departmental forums
Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Define project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT or Computer Science
Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience with some progressive experience in project and proposal management.
Experience in business analysis, Agile framework using Scrum, Integration, and cloud computing skills/experience desired or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and terminology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
Adept at helping team members harness and develop strengths in pursuit of successful program outcomes
Fluent in English, Prefer experience within the technology field in the Architecture, Engineering and Consulting industry.
Strong background in Agile Project Management processes/practices
Business and technology acumen
Ability to obtain: Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP)
SAFe Release Train Engineer, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master; Project Management Institute Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
