Agropur is looking for Warehouse Supervisor to join is Bedford team on the evening shit from 4:00pm to 00:00am.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing for ensuring efficient day-to-day activities, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

- Salary range 004: 71,200$ to 89,000$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What’s involved in this role:
More specifically, the Bedford Warehouse Supervisor's responsibilities will include:
- Lead and direct warehouse personal, transactors and inventory clerk.
- Manages day-to-day activities of the warehousing department.
- Responsible for daily communications with customer service, transport, 3PL warehouses and other departments.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
- Complete daily Gemba walks in the warehouse and performing daily inspection of the warehouse for safety and quality compliances.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plan and reviews
- Execute inventory control measures to minimize stock holding and maximize inventory storage and accuracy.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system, carries out various activities related to inventory management.
- Creating KPIs for warehouse and measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
- Participates and leads daily performance monitoring meetings.
- Ensures and responsible for compliance with the workforce planning schedule by optimizing the use of labor and costs.
- Ensures the application of the warehouse's OHS policies by employees and compliances with H&S regulations.
- Investigation of workplace accidents and follow-up of corrective measures.
What you need to join our team:
- 5-7 years of experience in managing warehouse and inventory management in the food or manufacturing industry required.
- Knowledge of SAP or other similar ERP system.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Availability and flexibility to manage all shifts.
