About the Role

Our Warehouse Supervisors at Stitch Fix are frontline leaders within our operations organization, responsible for leading large teams of hourly employees to achieve daily performance goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role drives day-to-day execution within a core department while supporting broader site and company initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results, enhance team performance, and bring Stitch Fix’s culture and values to life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to achieve daily operational and throughput goals
  • Own daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and engagement
  • Manage operational processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems (e.g., workforce management platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) to analyze performance and improve decision-making
  • Champion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on the floor for extended periods (8+ hours) in a hands-on leadership role
  • Flexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and comfort learning new technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading large, diverse teams (part-time and full-time)
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience implementing new processes or leading change initiatives
  • Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. Salary Range
$55,000$70,000 USD
