As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily activities, optimize processes, and ensure accurate handling of goods in a dynamic environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates.

• Manage inventory control and optimize warehouse layouts.

• Oversee accurate processing of shipments and stock transfers.

• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work culture.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams.

• Analyze performance reports and implement improvements.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
