We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team based in Northgate, QLD.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and optimise warehouse operations to achieve high levels of efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations

  • Analyse data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods

  • Implement and maintain high levels of safety and compliance within the warehouse

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams

  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in warehouse operations

About you:

  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and delegation skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors/customers

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on improving warehouse operations and enhancing efficiency

  • Eligibility to work in Australia – with full working rights.

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is desired but not mandatory

  • Experience working in a well-defined KPI driven environment and using reporting software/WMS is highly regarded
