About the Role:

The Warehouse Lead supports and guides daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, product preparation, and shipment. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and serves as a floor-based leader driving productivity, accuracy, safety, and team performance leading their shift. The Warehouse Lead sets the standard for operational excellence by leading by example, troubleshooting on the floor, and ensuring consistent execution of warehouse processes. 

What you will do:

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead daily shift assignments and support workflow across receiving, storage, preparation, and shipping functions
  • Train, mentor, and coach Warehouse Associates to uphold accuracy, safety, and productivity standards
  • Monitor team performance against throughput and quality metrics
  • Promote a safety-first culture and model company policies and OSHA compliance
  • Partner with the other cross-functional leaders in achieving production goals for the shift
  • Step in alongside the team to perform hands-on operational work as needed

Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory across storage and staging areas, ensuring stages are consistently stocked so Creative Associates can shoot without interruption
  • Track product movement from storage to stage, resolving discrepancies and escalating exceptions as needed
  • Monitor replenishment needs and coordinate restocking to prevent gaps in production flow

Inbound Processing & Outbound Coordination

  • Oversee the receipt of incoming products, ensuring all items are accurately verified and labeled for proper tracking within the production system
  • Stage products on designated carts for immediate capture or organize and store items in outbound holding areas until a capture request is initiated
  • Supervise and coordinate outbound exit pick activities, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring all scheduled departures are completed accurately and on time

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations 
  • Servant leadership mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or handheld RF scanners
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and high level of accountability
  • Forklift certification preferred; Forklift certification required within the first 90 days of employment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)

This position pays an hourly rate of $31.05. All hourly rates meet or exceed applicable state and federal minimum wage laws. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
