About the Role
In this role, you’ll support inventory integrity and operational accuracy within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. You’ll execute and coordinate inventory control activities, investigate discrepancies, and partner closely with Operations, Inventory, and leadership teams to ensure the accurate flow of merchandise through the DC in support of our customers.
This is a hands on, warehouse based role that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs while working closely with others.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts and accuracy‑based inventory audits, to ensure system and physical inventory alignment
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate daily work activities within the inventory team to maintain productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations
- Develop workflow plans and recommendations, gather input from leadership and cross functional partners, and implement approved process changes to support daily execution.
- Serve as a liaison between Inventory, Operations, and leadership teams by clearly communicating data, findings, and action plans
- Monitor, research, and support correction of warehouse inventory transactions using inventory management systems
- Document findings, audit results, and corrective actions to support operational and financial reporting needs
