Location: Norton Distribution Facility
Schedule: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)

Compensation Range:  $23-26/hr plus $1.00/hr Shift Differential

As a Distribution Center Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily hustle and bustle of our Norton Distribution Center! Reporting directly to our General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, making each day a new adventure.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Communication Champion: Coordinate with our production plant to tackle inbound and outbound order challenges, ensuring everyone is in the loop!
• Master Organizer: Get ready to organize pick sheets and BOLs like a pro for seamless processing.
• Driver Liaison: Lead the charge with inbound and outbound drivers to keep dock door assignments running like clockwork.
• Safety Superstar: Conduct weekly safety inspections to ensure our facility is in tip-top shape—your vigilance keeps everyone safe!
• Audit Ally: Assist in prepping for third-party audits, making sure we shine when it counts.
• Documentation Dynamo: Help maintain essential documents, from pest control to maintenance reports, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
• Customer Service Connector: Provide weekly updates to our customer service team on short-dated products, helping us meet our customers’ needs.
• QA Communicator: Team up with Quality Assurance to manage the release of test-and-hold products.
• Reporting Whiz: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track our success.
• Order Verifier: Check and verify staged orders before they hit the road—accuracy is key!
• ERP Explorer: Collaborate with all departments to set up parameters in Microsoft D365 for new items, helping us innovate.
• Sample Coordinator: Assist in organizing sample orders across teams, contributing to our exciting product launches!
• Shipping Specialist: Help with daily posting activities of all shipments to keep things moving.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a knack for all things operational!
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems like MSD365 or Microsoft Dynamics.
• A tech-savvy approach to troubleshooting basic computer issues.

Physical Requirements:

• Good vision and manual dexterity are essential.
• You should be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and working at a computer.
