SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator processes inbound goods and outbound deliveries. They are tasked with seeing inbound packages through from start to finish and monitoring their progress throughout the journey. They ensure that the items the company receives are correct and in good condition by following all applicable SOPs. They are also responsible for working closely with the purchasing department to schedule deliveries effectively to promote smooth product flow. The coordinator ensures all applicable records are correctly filled out, filed, and audit ready.
Monday through Friday 7am-3:30p* *until all trucks are dispatched.
$24.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse Coordinator performs various tasks to accomplish their goals of getting packages from our facility to the final destination and ensuring shipments delivered to our facility are correct. Some of their core responsibilities include the following:
Accurate shipment and delivery information is vital. The Warehouse Coordinator will note such information in our ERP system for the company to maintain up-to-date records. This role will also be responsible for filing all paperwork in a manner that supports FDA compliance and audit preparedness at all times.
The coordinator will interact with over the road drivers as well as member of other departments throughout the company. This role is expected to effectively communicate in a professional, respectful manner that promotes a positive atmosphere.
This role will be responsible for running reports and verifying all expected transactions were completed. This will include but not limited to, FL01, Cooler, GI and GR areas and the finished goods racks.
If packages are being handled by a third-party service – such as UPS, FedEx or a contract hauler — this employee will schedule and monitor the exchange.
This incumbent may be required to interact with other departments or sites in a professional manner to facilitate the shipping and receiving processes.
The Warehouse Coordinator may be required to generate post-production and service level reports as required by management.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret quality documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply mathematical operations and concepts to solving quality process-related problems.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
