Position Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating material flow, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficient execution across receiving, warehousing, and shipping functions at Greenworks’ Morristown facility. This role serves as a key link between the warehouse, production, and planning teams to ensure materials are available, accurately tracked, and moved efficiently to support production and customer delivery requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and system-based material management.

Required Skills and Experience:
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material coordination within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes.
• Experience with inventory systems and transactions; TipTop or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic understanding of Lean principles, 5S, and warehouse best practices preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, aligned with production and warehouse operating hours. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required to support inbound schedules, production demands, or inventory activities.
