$21.85 - $32.80

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years receiving experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Valid applicable state driver's license. Fork Lift Safety Certification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for the operational details of the receiving/shipping area. 2. Receives orders in system and works with other Warehouse Coordinators to ensure back-up coverage. 3. Coordinates the handling of incoming shipments. Performs verification of new merchandise against purchase orders and invoices. Distributes equipment according to purchase order. 4. Reports on all materials and equipment received and installed while verifying against purchase orders. Reports shortages and damaged materials received. Arranges for return of all damaged goods. 5. Maintains outstanding purchase order and installation project files. 6. Maintains clean and orderly conditions in assigned work area. 7. Recommends the ordering of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform required work. 8. Responsible for project moves appropriate to be handled internally. Assists with the coordination and supervision of personnel during the move. 9. Responsible for keeping forklift operator certification up to date. 10. Maintains current registration, mileage records, and preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles. 11. Responsible for moving oversized equipment safely according to Medical Center policies, while following product guidelines. 12. Performs other duties as assigned by department management.
