Job Description:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Accurately label, store, and record inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards and deadlines.
Ensure accuracy in order selection and packaging.
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment.
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials.
Operate forklifts and other equipment in compliance with company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Assist in process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support operational goals.
Communicate inventory or order issues promptly and professionally.
Provide support in training new warehouse staff as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
Basic computer skills; experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for extended periods.
Ability to operate or willingness to be trained on forklifts and material-handling equipment.
The expected pay range for this role is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
