Essential Functions:

Adhere to and ensure all company and facility safety rules are followed.

Must be able to assist or backup Transportation Coordinator in job functions.

Must be able to complete the monthly reconciliation process of cycle inventory.

Must be able to receive and enter flooring product purchase orders into inventory.

Must be able to manage the shrink/scrap process for all product types.

Must research when product is not in location and resolve.

Assign/reallocate stock as necessary.

Must be able to process Return Authorizations on all product types.

Coordinate and manage transfer of Return products via Return App and IPT process.

Must be able to track aged products to ensure efficient use of storage locations.

Communicate with customers, sales and management on “aged” orders.

Manage flow of all priority orders and/or delayed shipments.

Must be able to manage, process, and ship sample orders.

Process inbound vendor claims.

Process all facility Accounts Payable transactions.

Order equipment, supplies, and maintain office supply inventories for the facility.

Maintain all files for the facility per the company’s record retention policies (as

applicable).

Process and maintain all required SAFE system reporting (as applicable).

Prepare training documents for meetings and file any applicable paperwork.

Assist in new hire orientation, open enrollment and addition of vendors (as appropriate).

Work until tasks for designated shift are completed.

Must complete all assigned and job-related necessary training.

Maintain confidentiality on all uses pertaining to Shaw Industries.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Must be able to perform some of the job functions as Clerk II (including but not limited to).

Must be able to print labels for and apply label to all Shaw products.

Coordinate and manage transfer of products.

Coordinate and/or manage common carriers.

Must be able to perform all the job functions as LTO / LTO II (as appropriate).

This position is located and works out of Elgin, IL.

$27.38 Per Hour

Mon-Fri: 7:00 am start time (subject to change)
