Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Check, package, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
Receive incoming merchandise from suppliers.
Input information into the computer and files as required.
Assist with core inspection and warranty tracking.
Pull, organize, and log orders for ship out or delivery as required.
Stock, maintain, locate parts in proper bins and mark products.
Stage parts ordered and needed for repair orders into separate areas/racking by last digit of RO
When required & requested cart needed parts out to respective bay for technician. 
Make note of any parts that may be needed to complete required work and provide those parts out.
Remove empty boxes from technician bay
Remove and tag cores for technician and return to core area for processing. 
Make sure core is removed from RO
Assist with receiving process for emergency orders for shop
Make sure RO parts are received.
Stage onto proper shelving.
Make sure pick ticket is attached to order. –
Bring alternate pick ticket to service department and attach to RO notifying Service Advisor/Manager that parts have arrived.
Make notes in CDK of part arrival. 
Update any receiving notes.
Attend daily or weekly Service Huddles to assist in productivity opportunities between parts and service
Coordinate with shop supervisor daily to pre-stage parts needed for next day's work. i.e. prebuild work package for jobs (brake clean, ties, hoses, clamps, oil, A/freeze, or anything else that the tech may need to leave bay for)
Prepackage any new truck sales requirements – mudflaps, floor mats, add ons, etc.
Audit pick tickets on RO shelves with appointment schedules to make sure all parts are sold to job and are used
Return unused parts to parts department and confer with inventory control to decide if parts stay as stock or is PAR’d back immediately.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

 A high school diploma and/or GED is required. Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
3-year industry experience.
Technical knowledge of truck parts an asset.

$19-$20 hourly
