You will participate in daily agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with program managers and business stakeholders to refine requirements, and translate those requirements into high‑quality, production-ready software. You will drive technical execution across the development lifecycle — from design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution — ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will also contribute to code reviews, knowledge‑transfer sessions, and overall engineering excellence within the team.

 Core Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Review existing work items and plan development priorities within the project tracking system.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into detailed designs and implementation plans.
  • Develop new features and applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Windows‑based development technologies.
  • Build and maintain solutions deployed on cloud infrastructure, including application services, database services, authentication mechanisms, eventing, and containerized workloads.
  • Perform peer code reviews to ensure accuracy, maintainability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Write and execute test cases to validate functionality and ensure production readiness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues at both the application and system level.
  • Update task boards, provide regular progress reports, and proactively escalate roadblocks.
  • Participate in knowledge‑transfer meetings to understand business processes, system dependencies, and architectural flows.
  • Contribute to ongoing engineering rhythms, planning cycles, and technical design discussions.
  • Support the continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using DevOps pipelines and YAML configurations.

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years hands‑on experience with C# and ASP.NET for enterprise application development.
  • 5+ years experience working with cloud services and infrastructure (including application deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows).
  • Strong experience developing, deploying, and supporting large‑scale, end‑to‑end systems.
  • Proven experience working within Agile/Iterative SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, take documented requirements, and deliver fully developed and tested solutions.
  • Ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex system or code issues.
  • Experience using CI/CD pipelines, specifically Azure DevOps‑style pipelines and YAML‑based build/release definitions.
  • Strong understanding of full systems development life cycles.
  • Hands‑on experience with the following cloud components:
    • App and web service hosting
    • Storage accounts
    • Kubernetes-based workloads
    • Eventing systems
    • Authentication and identity (including modern cloud-based identity providers)
    • Key/secret management
    • Cloud databases or PaaS SQL platforms

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ARM templates, Bicep, or other infrastructure-as-code technologies.
  • Experience with React.js or Angular.js for front-end development.
  • Exposure to large operational or hardware‑focused environments (manufacturing, supply chain, devices, or engineering systems).
  • Familiarity with high‑availability patterns, operational resiliency, and cloud‑native reliability engineering.
  • Proven ability to drive improvements in code quality, development velocity, and system performance.
