Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using manual processes or material handling equipment (MHE). This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Experienced individual contributor with the ability to work independently under limited supervision
Strong attention to detail with proven experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control
Ability to train and support junior team members; may serve as a lead in daily workflow
Capable of solving moderately complex problems through analysis and sound judgment
Skilled in explaining procedures, policies, and best practices to cross-functional partners
Provides senior-level administrative or technical support related to warehouse and logistics functions
Works within established procedures but can determine methods for new assignments
May act as an informal team leader to support workflow and operational accuracy
Associate degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant functional experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience (senior-level preferred)
Strong understanding of warehouse operations with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory tracking tools
Experience using material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
