Job Summary
- This role is responsible for managing a broad range of complex supply chain analytical, audit and payment processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics being part of a global teams and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to global business units and HP vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a broad range of complex supply chain analytical, audit and payment processes, such as invoice audit, tolerance analytics, cost allocation, SOX compliance, reporting, and business/process operations, typically for a large global business unit.
- Audit provider management
- Independently executes basic audit and pay activities, connecting operation to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Drives analysis conducted for management.
- ASN (Advance Shipment Notification) management including analysis and testing regarding matching and invoice application/allocation.
- Collaborative engagement with finance in the areas of data reporting and system functionality and training.
- Monitors key metrics, creates relevant reporting metrics, and reviews information for continuous improvement.
- Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
- Communicates requirements and guidelines to the global businesses.
Education and Experience Required:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
