What You'll Be Doing
Process and administer wage garnishments, including child support, tax levies, and other court-ordered deductions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing garnishments and wage withholding.
Review and interpret legal documents and verify accuracy before implementation.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate deductions and payments.
Maintain detailed records and respond to inquiries from employees and agencies.
What Are We Looking For
2–3 years of experience administering wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with payroll systems.
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid professional setting with routine use of standard office equipment. Occasional collaboration with remote teams may be required.
