Key Responsibilities:

•           Support the development of VR training modules focused on aerospace manufacturing tasks (e.g., composite layups, torque applications, safety drills, equipment handling).

•           Translate technical processes into immersive, interactive training scenarios.

•           Collaborate with engineers, trainers, and SMEs to translate complex procedures into immersive, interactive VR content and to ensure content accuracy.

•           Create storyboards, scripts, and interaction flows aligned with training objectives.

•           Assist with integration of 3D assets, animations, videos and environments for integration into eLearning and VR platforms

•           Participate in user testing, quality reviews and gather feedback to refine training modules.

•           Research and apply best practices in immersive learning, user experience, and instructional design.

•           Document development progress and help maintain training content repositories and maintain version control.
