Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams across multiple regions and market segments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish pricing, positioning, and competitive strategies to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Partner with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Represent the company at key industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong financial and analytical acumen to balance growth with profitability.
- Experience scaling go-to-market functions in fast-growth or transformation environments.
- Expertise in building diversified revenue streams by balancing new customer acquisition with expansion of recurring revenue from the existing customer install base.
